Thank you, Dan,

I am a keen follower so I think that is better for comments to be post on a single page then all over.
Great job in maintaining the website!

To make it easier to follow and contribute to the discussion about Michael Mel's performance art that's occurring now on several pages on this site, I'm going to be moving these comments to a single page, the artist's biography. I'll post a permanent link to that page here. Please follow up the discussion on that page.

Congratulations to you a fellow tribeman and a fellow country man. I am surprised and at the same time would like to commend you for what you are trying to do overseas when we have not seen you do much of anything here on the home front. Perhaps after this tour you will do more of this tours and exhibitions in the country and bring the world here especially to University of Goroka where you are heading. What is stopping you, Asso. Prof. Mel? You are managing this tour from UOG so likewise organsie more cultural activities at Goroka and bring PNG and the world to see you as a Curator, Professor in this field. Thank you. D.Alu

I salute the late Mrs. Anna Mel for going all out to dress up in her husband's (Assoc.Prof. Mel) bilas - a Melpa bilas and not a Sepik (her own). We need more people like her to showcase to others what others can't do themselves but to talk about it only. Let alone practise it themselves in their lives. Over to all of you artists, performers and entertainers. Let's all (PNG) live what we show the world! Pasin turu turu yumi mas olim. Thank you, Ms Rosi for this thought provoking essay. You've done an excellent job!

Let me congratulate Ass.Prof Michael Mel in going all out for PNG globally. Ironically, PNG has yet to see Dr. Mel perform in PNG for the nation to appreciate what he is doing globally. Why hasn't he performed here like all of our other artists have done and still do? I have heard and know that he has never done any performance back at his own University - the University of Goroka where he claims to be a leader in all of this. Just a comment from a proud Papua New Guinean .
